We recommend all clients to reach out to us through live chat or email ([email protected]) before placing an order.
This allows us to double check our parts inventory and let our clients know if a watch can be assembled immediately or if there will be a wait time for additional parts.
Our parts are shared across all our builds for maximum flexibility, and we only allocate parts once a commissioned order is set up.
If parts are required for a build and are not on hand, they need to be ordered in (lead time of 2-3 weeks on average).

We anticipate multiple future price increases for our builds, as due to economic turmoil and uncertainty all our suppliers continue to increase pricing with changes in market demand. Movement shortages will result in the largest price increases. We encourage you to have commissions set up sooner than later!
